The breakfast trolley that awaits hungry guests in front of the apartment every morning includes a sumptuous selection of organic products – whenever possible from our own production. Early risers even have the option of collecting their own breakfast egg from Henriette.
Knowing where it comes from
At the Ebengut in Maria Alm, we make sure that the products we use are both organic and produced locally. We prefer to use our own organic produce from our farm. Because when you know where it comes from, it tastes even better.

Our organic eggs come from chickens who are fed the best feed and are kept in the very best conditions. The eggs also benefit a little bit from the fantastic view of the Hochkönig region. Discover Maria Alm’s happiest chickens and watch them clucking and digging around!
